A NOTE ABOUT THE WISH BLOG: Obviously you already know it exists because you're here, so, welcome! I'm trying something new here on our website. I've been thinking about doing something like this for so long. It has always ended up on the back burner, but now seemed as good a time as any. It won't always be perfect and it will probably evolve like everything else with me and Wish, but here it is for now.
A new window display, just in time for Valentine's Day! I was initially inspired by the cranberry and pink of this Chanel Tweed Jacket, and the rest of the pieces quickly came together. I've been styling much more casual looks for our social media in addition to our window display since Covid and "work from home" hit last March but this display has a few more polished looks and includes some Wish Lux pieces (Burberry Puffer, Chanel Tweed Jacket, Gucci Mini Bag, Burberry Cashmere Wrap and a sheath from Black Halo). I know I can't be the only one sick of lounge clothes and leggings. Though I do have to admit I was wearing Uggs, leggings and a cashmere topper over a tee shirt while I buzzed around the store working on the display. To be fair, it was a very snowy and quiet Super Bowl Sunday in the shop.
I can't decide what's sweeter, this Columbia snowsuit for your mini with the little heart front or the mini Gucci barrel bag that we somehow still have available?! Did I mention a price drop?

This was fun! I spend so much time styling the window in the shop and hear from all of you how much you love it. This year so many of you aren't able to stop by and get a closer look like you usually would. And I know many of you aren't in Newport in general so you're used to enjoying our Window content on Instagram and Facebook but I always feel like they should have a more permanent place online.
