WINDOW: December 2, 2021

HOLIDAY: It's December 2, and although it seems many businesses and families alike started the holiday season mid-November. I always wait until the Monday after Thanksgiving to decorate the store. When do you decorate?

Last weekend we celebrated Small Business Saturday. Since my first year in business, I've chosen to celebrate both my small business and my wonderful customers. This was my 6th one and it was a party all day. Thank you to all of you that came in and those that didn't make it in that shopped online or remotely. To those of you that missed it, you're clearly on the website now, so shop around a bit and use code SMALL15 for 15% off your online purchase, now thru December 15.

Do you have any holiday parties coming up this month? We have so many really great festive items and options in the shop right now. From Holiday Black Tie to just over casually festive we have all you need for the celebratory month ahead. For the more casual, but "yes, I know this is technically a holiday party" you could throw this Buffalo Check J. Crew Coat over your favorite denim, like these New With Tags (NWT) Gap Girlfriend Jeans.

And of course for a Festive Black Tie situation, I really adore this NWT White Skirt from Blaque Label paired with this Vintage Top. The consignor said she "bought it at Saks [Fifth Avenue] ages ago and cut the tags out because otherwise they showed through the top, and how awful is that?" but if you ask me, it looks a whole lot like Anne Fontaine. You can absolutely tell it's incredibly well made, with no missing beads or bling and it fit about like a size 4, but could fit a 2 or a 6 too depending.

For a closer look at all the styled outfits, slide right through the photos below. To shop all items in the window on the same page, head to Window Shopping.

To jump directly to the page of a specific item, click on the thumbnail below. To shop all the items in the window in one spot, go to Window Shopping. To see or shop another window display, scroll through or search all blog posts.

I spend so much time styling the window in the shop and hear from all of you how much you love it. I know many of you aren't in Newport in general so you're used to enjoying our Window content on Instagram and Facebook but I always feel like they should have a more permanent place online. Hope you enjoyed it too and maybe you even find something you love!
